Our Story
Originally started in 1989 as an Alarm System provider and began utilizing computer systems to control, monitor and manage systems.
Began Medical billing in 1991, because of Quadex’s utilization and trust relationship with Medical practices, as related to security. A demand for computerized medical billing was enough to drive a business change. As a result, in 1992, Quadex became an authorized Medisoft Practice Management software dealer.
Quadex continues to adapt to industry changes and client needs as the healthcare and IT industries continue to evolve.
Expanded to credentialing, chart and revenue cycle analysis, complete practice management, and EMR systems.
REVENUE CYCLE MANAGEMENT

When does the Revenue Cycle Begin? The cycle starts when the patient calls your office for an appointment.

CREDENTIALING MANAGEMENT SERVICE
Our credentialing process for each individual physician or licensed provider includes verification that the information obtained is accurate and complete. The process includes but not limited to the applicant’s education, training, clinical privileges, experience, licensure, accreditation, certifications, professional liability insurance, malpractice history, professional competency, and CME/CEU’s. This process includes setting up and maintaining the CAQH database for each physician/provider.
